In the state of Nevada, if I transfer title to a vehicle that I own, into the name of my adult son's name, but am a lienholder on my son's title, will I have any liability if he gets into an accident and has insurance in his name solely ?

I was at a casino in Las Vegas where I was there to cash a check not knowingly it was considered a fraudulent check whatsoever it's Korea came tried to stop me I was feeling scared and so for a little bit of PTSD so I ran into chase me when I grabbed me and I was get away from them and they would try to grab me out of the car making me pop out my shoulder and my car and continuing to chase me until I was able to get in the car and run away. Starting a new business

87 year old Owner of Corp with EIDL loan of $150,000 is desperate to close business, as a result of failing health, loss of employees and loss of a month to month lease (end of February 20203). The business has min assets, currently no receivables, and now negative income. At issue is the loan language : The Loan Authorization and Agreement specifically states each individual or entity acknowledges and accepts personal obligation and full liability under the Note as borrower. Question - IS it only The Borrower (company) on loans under $200,000 who are liable under the loan and agreeing to the terms in the Agreement or is it being enforced as "individually" and therefore personal exposure. My Dad did not sign the note individually, only in capacity as President of Corp. Thank you!

Just one example: Food bank in nevada receives a donation of 1 truck load of diapers with no strings attached from the donor company. The food bank already has 4 truck loads of diapers on hand, however they really need peanut butter. An unrelated distributor offers to buy the diapers for another program and then the food bank can use the funds to buy peanut butter they actual need without incurring any cost to the food bank.

I had found a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on apartmentlist for $1300 I took screenshots of all conversations and advertising , the leasing team gave me 3 different names, said they don’t have contact to the advertising and it was a mistake and now changed the add . Also the number on apartmentlist directed me to the property manager of boca Raton condos I have proof she answered that phone call. I called corporate and they said they would honor the price advertised and had me email the screenshots to customer service. later that night the property manager said they have “pulled out of availability ” and sold the unit and that unit was not a 2 bed room 2 bath but a 1 bedroom 2 bath. What do you Recommend I do and what advice do you have for me ?
