Legal advice on Business in New Jersey

A seniority list was posted in a lounge area for my department , and this list included our hired date and the last 4 digits of our social security numbers. The list included over 200 employees names, so it wasn’t just mine. We are all angry at that, and that it was even posted in an area where thousands other employees can see it, take pictures, and even video with cell phones. Privacy and ID theft are worrying me.

My shareholder agreement in any event it will expire after 10 years if it is not renewed by shareholders. does non compete from existing agreement also expires? Current restrictive covenant is valid one year from expiration.

I was recently evicted from my business as I was behind on rent payments, I want to know whether I would be personally liable for the outstanding rent or would it be the LLC? I'm not sure whether bankruptcy would be a way, but I don't want to file for bankruptcy if the landlord can't do anything to me personally.

Only when a target amount is met, the customer will receive a service originally specified when the savings begun. So I wanted to know what would be the right type of company, a trust company sounds like it should give the money back. Currently I’m located in NJ. But the service has a greater customer base in Florida. Where should the company be created? Need a specialist on this and also someone who knows about working visas as while I wait for my green card I can get started with as much as I can.

Everything was normal, I loaded up my cart and went to the billing counter. As usual with Costco. there was a line but when I got my turn, I kept smaller items on the counter and rest was kept in cart. I showed my membership card to the billing person. Typically they scan the card and then go back to scanning items. Issue #1: This time he took my membership from hands while I was showing him (without my consent or asking if he can take it) and kept it on his side of the counter with my name and barcode showing up After finished scanning all item, I loaded them back to cart, came back to pay and I used the "touch and pay" method. So I placed my card on the machine and payment was processed. Issue#2: He took my credit card from my hands as well (again without asking and taking consent) and looked at the back of my card for numbers and name. This never happed to me in a costco and I observed that he did not do this with any of the other customers in front of me. Do I have a case here? I have flagged this to costco customer care and they said I should get a call from local store.

We have a project where several of our workers will be performing work at a client's location, basically assisting with overflow work. We will be performing the work as a subcontractor. There is some concern that our guys could be approached to jump ship and work for the client in question. We're looking for a standard agreement preventing that situation. Similar to a non-compete, I guess.
