Can a lawyer create or review a relationship contract that includes monetary payment if behavior guidelines are breached?

My spouse and I wish to create a relationship contract that involves gaining 50% ownership of real estate if the terms of the contract are breached via agreed-upon behavioral rules. Will any lawyer aid in this, reviewing/certifying/creating etc? Or because it's behavior-based (not legal) will no one touch it? Sounds out there, but it's a real ask. Thank you!

Do I really need to pay my college expenses back to my employer?

I am an apprentice and I am quitting my job. In the contract I signed it states that I need to pay my employer back if I quit before my 5 years are up, however the contract also states that I will be provided with hands on training when not in school. In reality, I spent the vast majority of those days being a production worker, just producing parts. Loading material into a machine and taking it out of the machine all day. Which is something they hire at 18/hr now. I was doing it for 12/hr. It feels like they exploited the apprenticeship for cheap labor so I want to know if I can refuse payment on the grounds of them not upholding their end of the contractual agreement.

Can I sue the Dept of Education?

I took out a student loan with Doe which stated the loan would be forgiven after 20 yrs. During the end of contract they send a letter requiring me to pay balance in full or sign a new contract to pay in full over time. I was young and didn't have money to pay so I agreed. I have tried to get original doc but they said it has been destroyed and will not help.

Can I take legal action?

An Iowa based company scheduled me for plastic surgery with a surgeon in Mexico. The CEO of this company has called me names and put my personal business name and place of employment out on all of their websites and is saying I’m threatening them which is a lie. Can I sell land I have a construction loan on?

We have a construction loan that includes the land. We’ve been paying on the loan, but construction hasn’t started and we haven’t drawn on any of the money. Can we sell the property and give up on the project? We want to get some of our money back and move on with life.
