Legal advice on Business in North Dakota

I have been banned multiple times from simply my profile pictures. I have read the terms and community guidelines that simply state no nudity or anything inappropriate. My gamer picture was of a model in a swim suit. There was no nudity showing so I don’t know why I’m banned. It’s a SWIMSUIT. Theirs no nudity involved. I do not understand this company. I’m 20!!

I am selling my house and ten acres, the buyers chose a different title company then the one I used for the purchase of the house. They said I need to go to the title company that I used and ask for a copy of my home owners title insurance. I went and they told me they cant give it to me, said it was some law. I went to the title company that the buyer is using to ask them what else I could do. They could not believe it, they said there is no law about giving me a copy. They said I paid for it, it is mine, so she should give it to me. They also told me that I am not the first person that this happened too, this title company has done this many time, because she thinks if she holds on to the title policy, then we will use there company when we sell the home. This home is set to close on 5/27/21, and I don't know what to do to get a copy of my title insurance, that I paid for, and they will not give me. Also checked with our lender that we used to buy the house, they only have a copy of the lenders policy. Thank you for your help.

I pay employee a commission. My company charges 10% fee to do a service. I pay my employee 5 percent of that and I get 5 % so i suppose we split commission. Is that more partner or joint venture like or am i safe that he still is commissioned ?

I agree to split profit 50-50 with my partner. Verbal Contract says I work half the time and partner works the others half, we both agree and do this one year. Partner gets sick a month and does not work. Do I owe partner 50-50 profit for the month he was sick since his contract with me said he would work half the time, but as he was sick I filled in for him ?
