Legal advice on Business in Montana

Was sentenced to 18mnths for CPDD,and was revoked the 1st time and given 5 more yrs..revoked again and given 5 more yrs ..and the revoked one more time for 5 more yrs..so that's like 16 yrs for the one charge..

I started working for a company and was gifted 5% of the business then bought another 5%. So now the owner is selling one of the two locations and says that I am not entitled to any of the money. He has decided to give me a small part of the profit after loans for the business are paid off. Am I entitled to 10% of the entire sale?

My husband and I just purchased a rental in MT (we live out of state). We'd like to contribute the property to an LLC that we still need to create. The member/s of the LLC would be listed as our Revocable Living Trust. My question is, can I list just me as 100% owner of the LLC (currently property and mortgage is in both our names JTWROS) and then the LLC would still be considered a SMLLC and no separate partnership tax return would be required? Or do I have to list both my husband and I as trustees separately?

I booked a room over Expedia & when I got to the hotel (Hilton Double Tree) in Billings Montana; I was told there were no rooms available. I was shocked because prior to me going into the hotel I had a hard time parking because I have a 26ft box truck so I called the hotel and asked about parking. The front desk lady told me to park in front of the hotel and she would have one of the attendants put a DoubleTree Hilton Hotel sign in front of my truck and I can come and check in. By the way I’m an African American from Southern California; & that’s when I walked in the hotel & the lady asked me what was I doing here (rudely) I told her I booked through Expedia & she said there’s no rooms available, to call & get my money back because I can’t stay there. Come to find out there were rooms available at the Hilton Double Tree. I called Expedia to get my money back (which they did), but they contacted the Hotel first & they said whoever told me that lied, that they have a few rooms available!!

Our corporation owned the title on a semi truck, that the VP of the corporation, who was the owner operator of a separate entity, included as items for sale in the process of selling his companies equipment. The potential buyer of his equipment has possession of the semi truck. Our company sold the semi to another person. Transferring the title legally to them. When the new owner showed up to take possession of the semi, the buyer of the equipment would not release it to him. The VP never had permission to include the semi in any transactions concerning his separate entity.

When doing articles of organization-i put LLC on the end of my business name. and when I had my agent get my EIN number for me they did not put LLC on the end? I reside in MT. thanks for any helpful information.

I am buying a new business. I formed an S Corp and am using that yo operate the business. The person selling the business is someone I trust and said from experience if it were him he would form a family llc. I know how to form an llc, but never have done a family llc. My question is once I form it, what and how do I transfer things to it?

I payed for everything for the llc company added a friend for manager..everything is in my name irs stuff everything he has never paid for nothing..he moved out and just started talking trash I have witnesses on him not doing his part as far as putting money into the company he has not put one dime into the company but just held his hand out he reminds me of a bully...I founded my company with my own money and research he cant read or write so he cant do studying on none of this hes also a violent offender with a warrant...

My mom is selling my car, but my car is under my name but I am also a minor. Do I get the money from the car being sold or does my mom?
