Landlord sets up LLC and contracts with tenant. Landlord property not in llc name but landlords personal name. Does landlord still have llc protection since the contract is between landlord llc and tenant ? Is it necessary that property of landlord is in llc name as well ?

Can I audit the company if they try and say they aren't making a profit to keep me from getting anything? Where should I go from here legally as well, should I get representation? Thanks
