Legal advice on Business in Michigan

I am a licensed psychologist in Michigan. I plan to start a very small private practice (~4-5 clients/week), but it will not be my primary source of income (university professor). Would you recommend starting an LLC/PLLC in this scenario?

I am a dentist that was offered an opportunity for partnership in a new dental office as part of a DSO and I would like to hire a contracts lawyer. What should I expect the cost of this type of service to be, and what specific type of lawyer would specialize in dental contracts.

I recently became a real estate agent in the state of Michigan. My legal name is ABC XYZ. My real estate license is issued under my real name (ABC XYZ). I intend to do real estate business professionally under alternative nick name that I use (EFG UVW). This Alternative name is not the name of a celebrity or any public figure. The last name UVW is what I have always used in my other career a corporate employee. It is my last name in all my emails. The point is, although UVW is not my last name in the driver's license, it is not an out of the blue last name. I go by it as a last name everyday of my life. EFG however is an out of the blue first name. I plan on using this alternative name (EFG UVW) to print on business cards, advertising material and sign contracts with buyers, sellers and potentially other parties. Is this in anyway illegal? considering the intention is not to commit any kind of fraud? Can I get in legal trouble for using a name other than the name on my driver's license? Is there anyway I can make this perfectly legal? without changing my name legally. Thank you in advance!

My investment firm as a issue in their system which caused my account to lose money. After 3 months, I figured out that money is missing from my account and contacted them. They said sorry and credited back the money. But if I would not have found out about the issue, I would have lost all that money.

I want to establish a non-profit, LLC in memory of my son and give money to other students, kids and families.

I'd like to provide a monthly lease-to-own option as I sell my car. I figure one way to do this so the new "owner" can have the title & registration is to list myself as the lienholder and have a separate lease-to-own agreement. If I do this, will I still technically own the car until they have it paid off? Though it is hopefully in their name.

Mom has dementia both our names are on the title of the car as owners even though my Mother originally purchased the car many years ago with just her name. What rights do I have concerning the car. I plan on buying property in Michigan for real estate investment purposes only but live in Virginia and need to create an LLC. Are there any benefits to creating and LLC in Michigan as opposed to Virginia and is that even allowed if I live in a different state?
