If permissible, I would like to give all of my clients an updated w9. I did inquire with the IRS but they weren't helpful. Thank you in advance for your advice.

Hello, On October 22,2022 at store number 03720. I purchased 16 items, 3 of the items were to large to put into a Wal Mart bag . I checked out with Wal Mart cashier who was extremely kind. Upon leaving the store a “greeter” wanted me to show her my receipt, legally I know if it’s not posted within coming or out of an establishment it does not have to be shown. But I showed her my receipt, upon her looking and reviewing the receipt for almost two minutes , I stated to her what are looking for what’s the problem, she stated the bar code for the ( mop) (duster) brand name O-Cedar, is not on your receipt, and asked if I had another receipt, she then said for me to go back to the cashier for another receipt and to get another (mop) so it can be scanned. I stated are you serious , I spent $183.66 in Walmart do you really think I’m going to steal a mop/ duster when Wal Mart has cameras down every aisle and cameras when you check out with a cashier. My husband then stated give us our receipt. This is harassment, I was extremely embarrassed and my rights as a customer was violated, and my ethical treatment was also violated. I am buying a car on which I was an authorized driver in the insurance policy connected to it. The seller who was the main person on the insurance policy now wishes to sell the car to me. There is a breach of a contract related to the car's insurance policy (which is not time barred). On the purchase of the car the right to sue on that contract will be assigned to me as the buyer. Will I have the right to sue on that contract after the purchase of the car and the assignment of all rights and liabilities related to the car? Thank you.

I applied for a work from home job online and received an offer. The company send me a check of $7,000.00 to get my logistic ( Desktop, printer, scanner, etc.). I deposited the check to my Bank and the check cleared. I was instructed by the employer to send money to their preferred vendor for the equipment. The transaction had issues, the employer asked me to deposit cash into an account in payment for my equipment which I did given that I was not using any of my own money. A day after the transaction is completed, the bank tried to reverse the transaction emptying my account. After doing some google research, I realized that there is a scam going on. The Bank is now harassing me to return the money that I withdrew for the cash deposit. I have tried to set a payment plan with the Bank but they refused my option. I don't have the money, the only $600 that I have in the account is also gone. I am a single mom with two kids trying to put bread on the table. Would any counsel please advise?

I registered for an LLC and filed my articles of organization in early October with the state after checking the name of the LLC. I requested my EIN the same day and put the start of business date for the same day. I received the EIN that same day. I just received the certificate from the state which now reflects a start date for the LLC for 9 days after I had submitted everything to the state and IRS. It’s a sole member llc. Do I need to update or cancel my EIN to match the certificate date on the state’s certificate for any reason? The names match completely on the EIN and the state documents.
