Legal advice on Business in Kentucky

I want to know what are all the safety precautions and legal things i need to do for my shopify toy store for my own safety an businesses safety so I dont end up in a lawsuit.

I posted my car I bought from a friend as a work car about at 11am, guy was there to look at it at 1pm and I requested a $1,000 but settled on $700 and he wanted it delivered as it does not run because it needs a new motor which was disclosed to him so told him that would be extra. he agreed on 50 but said he'd pay it when we delivered the car and the title which had not been signed into my name yet just a bill of sales that wasn't signed just a statement saying he would buy for $750 and delivery of the title by March 1st. Told my friend and she has no idea where the title is so would have to file for a new one. I contacted him at 2:30pm same day and told him she needed to file for a new title so I would give him back the $700 he had already given me with $20 extra for the gas of coming out and the deal not ending up working out. He is now threatening to sue me saying it is his car and yada yada but I tried returning the $700 an hour and half after him giving it. Can he really sue me or is it a bluff?

Hi- I am looking for some help with a new business formation situation. I am working with an India based IT consulting and product company to start their US arm based on equity sharing between India company and myself. Down the line, we will have to bring in more strategic partners or investors in return for equity. Can you please advise what all legal aspects I should take care of in this situation? My facebook and ads account was hack jan 26th. I immediately took action sent my id card 10 times in the process. Today is feb 12th and facebook is refusing to return access to my ads account causing me to wake up daily with very bad anxiety that has sent me to the er. I am losing money with my business as well.

ive been blocked or restricted 5 times for stupid piddley stuff..the latest was saying the word smack..they said it goes against their violence protocol which is crap!!! ive seen people post the word f**k and not a thing gets said or ive seen people post violent decriptive posts on facebook and never has anything been done...i dont understand why my 1st ammendment can be censored but i cant retaliate against facebook because its a private buisness!!! especially when they know im a conservsative which is when all these blocks and restrictions started!! ineed help..ty

If for example, the customer got injured due to falling ceilings in my restaurant and wanted to sue the building. In leasing our contract the lessor said he not liable for it, would i be held responsible for it and not only our LLC?
