Legal advice on Business in Indiana

SIgned Non-compete - 12 years ago for hair salon. Owner is changing me to contractor/booth rental. I am not happy with the agreement for 12 months. I want to go somewhere else, now due to changes that I do not like. I need to stay in Indiana, where I am licensed but I live in Ohio. No salon is outside the 5 mile radius of Non-compete. She is making me extremely unhappy and I have anxiety/depression on top of it.

I have a non compete with my previous employer. I am in the running for a position with a company who is an on site partner/provider for my former employees #1 competitor. For example both companies are in field A. The prospective companies sells product A on site for the competitor.

I advertised my barn for sale. Mark came and made a deal with me. It has been almost 2 years . He has quit coming to take it down. Can it revert back to me? Not sure what to do next.

We have been partners for 2 years in Indiana he is now 60 I’m 34. We no longer see eye to eye on the vision of our company. We do not have an operating agreement currently I’ve tried to begin the process of getting one which has presented this problem. I’d rather dissolve and start over on my own rather than continue forward with him.

My husband was banned from a corporate store years ago. We have shopped there quite a few times since then but today they called authorities to escort him out which is understandable, even though we thought it was fine to shop there since they’ve never said anything to us. The employees also never mentioned anything about us being there today they just called the authorities. They also told the authorities that me and another friend needed to leave immediately as well and could not continue browsing or try on the items we wanted to purchase. We weren’t being disruptive, stealing, and or causing a scene. We were shopping the same as everyone else in the store. From my understanding I’m also not aloud back in the store. Is it legal for them to deny services to me based on who I’m married/ associated with. I feel they were being prejudiced against me and I’ve never been in trouble. I have also never had an issue with the store or even been confronted by an employee.

Didn’t know I was going to get approved so I really wasn’t ready to buy but I was approved and when it came to put down payment I told them I was waiting on my taxes I thought my taxes would have came in but they haven’t. Can they come take my truck it’s been a week I should have my taxes by the end of the month

I bought my car at a buy here pay here, they sold hundreds and hundreds of contracts to a finance company located in Florida, my contract was one of them, was not notified until after it was done, I never signed anything with the new company but they told me if I’m late on a payment or don’t make a payment they will send it to credit bureaus, is this legal for them to do that?

The company was paying 21 after submission of paperwork. Now that I left the company, they say they will not pay me until they are paid. I was under the impression that they should have been paying me within 15 days. I also was of the understanding that once I quit the company was suppose to pay me all earnings I had earned on my next (Last) paycheck. Am I correct?

My landlord gave 2 individuals permission to enter my store and run my buisness,and changed the locks on the doors"which caused my buisness to fail" without my permission. When I asked the landlord to get them out he said hire a lawyer. Neither individual was on the lease and had no investment what so ever .
