I've not only received one but now two suspensions on my Xbox account with one being false and the other giving no details as to why they are suspending me. I have tryed to contact them myself but they don't seem eager to help.

If a franchise lease is signed by my husband, and only he is on LLC and I’m only on landlord lease, can a franchise still come after his and mine shared assets or will I be protected in the sense they can’t force me to sell a home? Does a spouse also have to sign a franchise lease if I’m part of LLC?

Heres the situation. For example, if i filed my FEIN tax ID number and making up a name like Alliance healthcare Providers (old name). My new situation is a 1099 psychiatric care nurse practitioner. The state says i have to designate articles of incorporation as the business name Alliance Healthcare Providers, P.C. (professional corporation). Will it be an issues if the FEIN state tax ID number just has the business name and not the PC after it?

I have paid over $17,000 for Davidson to produce my product and help get it on the market they have been selling my product on shop HQ and in magazines for the past 9 months making over $100,000 and have not given me one dime and continue to lie to me that my product is not ready these people need to go out of business they need to be dealt with as frauds and I want some help before I burn it down.

I received an email from an unknown place that a very well known restaurant (a restaurant that I have eaten multiple times and I loved their food, their menu, service, etc.) is planing on expansion and looking for investors. We contacted the person mentioned in the email and he said - he is the CEO of a company that helps restaurants expand. He gave an example of another well know restaurant and told us that he played a big role in their expansion. I am really interested in investing but my questions are - 1. how do I know if this whole thing is a fraud. 2. what type of attorney should i hire who can help me with this process as I have zero experience with such investments? 3. I am seeking some guidance on this, I’m not familiar with IL laws about invoice payments. Last year I started my own LLC providing consulting services. I am just starting, and have not really looked into legal representation yet. Here is the issue: This is the 2nd time a client is late to pay me the last invoice. Last year it took 5 months of a lot of back and forth emails before a client decided to pay my last invoice. I am facing the same issue again. I submitted my last invoice on Dec 30th, and it was supposed to be paid within 15 days as that is the timeline it always took them to pay prev invoices. It was not paid when it was supposed to, after I reached out two weeks later, I was told they forgot and I will be paid no later than Feb 10th. I reached out two days ago to remind them of my invoice and the 2/10 date they gave me. I received the below response: “ Please note your missing hours will be paid by end of next week. We appreciate your patience while we complete our research from the migration process.” Once again, this feels like a repeat of the other client issue I had. Contract doesn’t say anything about payment times, and I don’t know what to do?
