Legal advice on Business in Idaho

All 3/3 employees of a cybersecurity firm quit the same week including myself. All have their reasons but I quit because the owner fabricated a story (with legal implications) against the first employee who quit and I felt that was petty and dishonest. Naturally, that employer is now fabricating stories about me. I have heard from tech recruiters that he is making malicious fabricated stories about me but they won't go into specifics with me to preserve confidentiality with him. Since cybersecurity is a high trust field and that was my first job in industry, it is making it impossible to find a new job. What are my options? I'm aware that hear say hold no weight in court. Would a lawyer drafted cease and desist suffice or will he just double down with more fabricated stories?

I want to start teaching people how to day trade by following patterns on a chart. This would be done via free social media content as well as an optional course they can purchase with more detailed/ in depth information surrounding the topic. What I will not being doing: - I will not be providing "buy ___" or "sell ___" adice - I will not be providing signals (alerts to buy and sell via my analysis) - i will not be placing trades for anyone at any time - I will not be telling anyone to actively invest, buy, or sell, any specific stock, currency, crpto, futures etc. - i will not be profiting from any trades placed by any student or anyone else besides myself. What I will be doing: - Teaching patterns that anyone can see on any chart of any currency/stock etc. - Offering a paid course where people can learn more in depth about the topic if they choose to purchase course access. - I will be profiting from course sales (They pay for access to an online course that teaches them more in depth about how to spot recurring patterns)

I am currently accredited as a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist and have been operating my business Resolve Therapy for 12 years. Recently my accrediting body, IITAP, has asked that I use the term Pastoral Sexual Addiction Provider because I am licensed only as an ordained minister. I have an S Corp and a bank account and a website all with "Resolve Therapy". Is 'therapy' a protected word in the state of Idaho?

My son made a split decision to sell his motorcycle. He took the money but there was no legal ownership exchange (title). Within an hour, my son changed his mind and told the guy to bring the bike back and that he has his full refund. The guy is refusing. We still have the title, can we get the bike back.

I own a small pest control company in Northern Idaho. Just normal residential and commercial pest services. We are now launching DIY kits people can order online. We received an SBA Loan in order to fund the expansion into E-Commerce. I am now finding that my insurance won't want to cover my residential company since we are doing things outside of the sandbox of the coverage I am paying for which is understandable. Of course the easy solution is to create two separate LLC's. I am worried about the SBA Loan being tied to the traditional pest control company though. Is it possible to just file for a DBA name and then get two separate insurance policies? One for the LLC and one for the DBA? At least until the loan is paid off.

If I file an LLC in Idaho and I also file a DBA, can I conduct business under both the LLC name and the DBA name? or only the DBA name?

I'm on a Board (HOA). We have decided to change Prop. Mgmt Co. and gave them a 90 notice. In our contract it indicates they will be pay for these 90 days. But if the company doesn't respond or continue to work for our HOA and has done very little for those last 60 days, are we obligated to pay them. We are reviewing invoice and asking for information, having meetings they are to attend and are not, and trying to stay on schedule with our Annual meeting but need our new company to have our documents to do so. Old Prop Mgmt is only responding, yet still withholding info, to our new Prop Mgmt company. They have been paid for Jan, but had questions on the amount, we need to pay them for Feb. Our 90 notice would legally end at the end of Mar 2022 but they are not responding to our request after 5 emails and on multiple different requests. At this point they are holding all Homeowner info and a few other documents we need to continue HOA business. Do we have to pay for something not provided? Can they withhold our property from the new Prop Mgmt?

American Silver Eagles are the USA's official silver bullion and has a face value of $1 with a spot value that changes daily. Right now spot is about $23 of fiat currency. I would like to create a site that functions like Amazon or Ebay but the transactions occur exclusively in American Silver Eagles PHYSICALLY with the transaction either occurring physically via a video recording or - preferably - via a paper representation of my own making. So the question is: Is it legal for me to create a site that only accepts goods/services in American Silver Eagles but then create a paper/digital representation for the transaction? If the answer is no, then can I perform the transaction physically on their behalf? Example: -A vacuum costs $100 so the seller charges $5 in American Silver Eagles. -Customer exchanges $100 to American Silver Eagles which I physically allocate for them in a vault for the length of the transaction. -I do the actual transaction on behalf of the buyer/seller PHYSICALLY and record it. -Transaction is complete and fiat currency has been exchanged to the seller. -I reset the 5 American Silver Eagles physical bullion used for the transaction. -Repeat

Myself and 2 other partners all live abroad, and did a crowdfunding campaign for a product. I was the sole financial investor of the campaign and own 50% of the 3 person partnership. The crowdfunding campaign generated enough revenue to produce several hundred products which have not been sold yet. After the campaign, our partners formed an LLC. The LLC has generated $0 in revenue since then, but does have a product waiting to be sold. The trademarks for the product both abroad and in the US are in my name, but in our written agreement the trademark will belong to the new LLC we formed. We divided responsibility and I have found that my partners are either lazy or incompetent. Before we generate any sales, I would like to terminate the agreement and ensure there are no repercussions, keeping the product that was produced with my capital as well as the trademarks in my name. I would like to find a lawyer familiar with Idaho business law that can review our written agreement and instruct on how to get out of this nightmare partnership before it even starts. Thank you!

I was paying for a car over the phone and they wanted to do 7 transactions since it was a large amount. They did the transactions but instead of being withdrawals they were making deposits. 7 to be exact. I tired to call the company and I wasn't on the account so my ex girlfriend called and they said it was not on there end. So I waited a couple days. I noticed that the transactions were becoming withdrawals and noticed that they had withdrawals only enough to make the books show it was zero. The following business day it started to show deposits again and called my bank to confirm these deposits and asked them what was going on and they said it wasn't on there end. I finally had enough and went into the bank to close my account. I wasn't going to have my money messed with and was going to have the car company bill me another way. Well the car title shows up and I'm like how they do that if there not paid? I get a letter in the mail stating that I owe my bank 15k which was what I was trying to pay the car company. I call my bank up and they stated there was a system error where they paid off the the car company and tried to get the other funds back.
