Legal advice on Business in Hawaii

I am in the military and currently live in Hawaii. My legal address is in Washington and i am moving to South Carolina in 7 months. is it legal to have my LLC be registered in Washington and live in Hawaii and then move to south Carolina.

My LLC (I am solo member) owes the house. Property tax is high then (LLC cannot file Claim for Home Exemption). I want to transfer title from LLC to me as a person. Thus, I would be able to File for Owner-occupied Classification. Do I have to pay Conveyance Tax? It is not technically Sale. I just want to change name on title. PS. BTW, I know that -- ".. your matter is very important and I should consult with attorney.." -- I know, I know,... I will . This is just preliminary question.

Hi! I bought a used car that was co-owned by a private man (who does mechanic work and sells cars on marketplace) and his company (a LLC that repairs and sells cars). 
First of all, is that a private purchase or a consumer purchase? 
 Also the seller has replaced the battery with a wrong battery and there’s missing a break pad which makes driving the car dangerous. We are missing a signature from his company so the registration can’t go through. He will do the signature today but because of the problems we would like to cancel the deal or get a cut off the price. What could you recommend?

I went to the auto part store to get a replacement huboil gasket for the rear differential and they sold me the wrong part even after I took the old one physically, so he can see it. (also had a web page that with pictures, part numbers, dimensions, and all the specifics, to show them since is very crucial to get the right size and model), I explained to the automotive parts counter person that I really wanted the same one, but he came back with not the same part, but assure me that was the right part and when I mention that it did NOT look anything like the original, now sort of upset. rolling his eyes"THAT'S THE CORRECT PARTt "they are making out of this new material " even got his manager to back him up. So since I have been doing business with this store (not the clerk) for over 30 years, Now a week later the part fails causing the wheel to lock (the hub oil can cause the brake pads to swoll up) creating very extensive damage,, now on top of having to redo the work II need to replace the brakes, good thing it was my personal vehicle otherwise my reputation woul what is my recourse?.

I was involved informally in the establishment of a physical retail store business earlier this year with a former friend who I trusted on her goodwill. She once considered me a partner in the business, but we never formally signed any agreements, nor was my name on any formal business documents because I did not see the need at the time, as I trusted her. I have personal ownership of some of the merchandise currently on sale at the storefront and personally own the company's domain name and website, as well as intellectual property such as logos, banners, and digital graphics. The owner of the company itself has distanced herself from me and pushed me out of the business while refusing to compensate me for my contributions. Considering my role in helping establish the company as well as my personal ownership of some of the things they are using, is there anything I can do legally to be compensated? Would I be able to take this to court for relief?

In April, 2020, I applied for PPP loan. I went to a local bank to make sure it’ll be fully forgiven bc I didn’t want to apply if I had to pay it back. The manager at the bank told me it will and he helped me fill out the application from my tax return documents. Later,PPP funded $15,025. In November, I applied for forgiveness as soon as the bank started to accept applications, again with a help of the manager. In Devember, I was informed that I was approved for partial forgiveness $5,893.54, leaving me a balance of $9,131.46. Later found out I’d have been fully forgiven if I waited for them to start to accept 3508S form like all other people I know applied later than me got full forgiveness. I went back to the bank manager told him about my partial forgiveness and he told me it he will appeal for it, bc it shouldn't be happened. Then I, the manager and a person from SBA had a call conference. The SBA guy told the manager to email him the timeline and he will submit it for us. I was relieved that the conference went well. But since then, I never heard updates. I contacted the manager, then found out he had already quit the bank without following up my case. Now my loan is over $15k

I am in escrow to purchase a house in Honolulu, Hawaii and I had to sign a Purchasing Contract Counter Offer document to be able to get my offer accepted. The big issue on the contract is a Q clause: "Seller reserves the right to "Rent Back" subject property for a period of up to 60 days from date of Closing...In the event Seller opts to exercise this right, a) Seller will inform the Buyer within 15 days prior to Closing of his intent, and b) then Buyer and Seller shall execute a Late Occupancy Agreement which would restate the terms." With the Eviction Moratorium- I fear that the seller could try to stay for longer than the allotted 60 days. Also, with the poor state of the house (outdated electric, leaking sewer lines, pests, drainage and foundation issues, ...) I don't know if I could get sued? Or of any other potential issues with the "Rent Back" situation after the closing of the sale. Is it possible to draw up a Late Occupancy Agreement to protect myself against any of these potential issues? Or is there a way for me to instead pay to have the Seller move into a different dwelling? Can you please help to know what options I have? How can I protect myself?

I hired a photographer from a company to take a family photo. We all flew in to Las Vegas to do this family photo which we all was counting on since we haven’t been together since my mother’s passing and wanted to have one professional photo done not knowing when and if we can get together again and we also had the grandchildren fly there as well. So to make along story short, we had family from, Georgia, Hawaii, and Texas all meet in Vegas where other family members live. We all dresses up to take this wonderful photo and no one from the company I hired and paid for in advance showed up to take our photo. I tried calling them and no one called me back, texted me and emailed me. We waited for 2 hours. I was so embarrassed, mad, disappointed, hurt, my family was as well. Until today no one from the company called to apologize or explained what happen. I saw that they refunded me my money however, I feel they owe me more than that being it was a special occasion that I cannot get back. It’s like hiring a photographer to take pictures for your wedding and no photographer showed up. Please advise what if I can Sue them. I know I can report them to BBB and Yelp but I feel this is more.

i am a life coach and not sure what i need, such as: practice as a Sole Proprietor or LLC, get a D.B.A, etc

I recently wrote a few checks to myself as a way to transfer funds from bank from another state to 3 of my local banks and deposited them at the banks. However, I later found out that the balance at bank I wrote the checks from was lower than I thought so in attempt to prevent the checks from bouncing I withdrew the money from the banks i deposited into at tried to deposit them back into the the bank the money was coming from. This has messed up the balanced at all three banks. I have been in contact with 2 out of the 3 banks because they have over drafted but I did not contact the third bank as I did not think it a problem because that account is still in the positive. However, it is the third bank that has now frozen my account a couple days ago and I am told it was because I wrote checks to myself. How long will my account be frozen? Is there anything I need to do? All they said is that someone will call me but they wont tell me when?
