I was giving a letter dated 03/01/2022 on 03/05/2023 asking me to vacate in 30 days... No reason was noted other than " considering the circumstances" My rent is always paid week before due and by booth has sales in the top two of vendors of same size booth... I feel this may be in retaliation due to asking about 1099 for tax purposes. I have over $5000.00 invested in start up, inventory, millage, storage, cost.

I have an employment law case in federal court. My attorney only speaks to me through his associate, who happens to be a young man only two years out of law school, having never practiced pre-pandemic. After 7 months and many attempts to speak to my attorney, I’m ignored as if I never asked to speak to him. When I address it, they refuse to acknowledge me. The assoc. has given me continuous incorrect information, been caught lying and leaving out important info, resulting in my mental health struggles from the abuse being published in the paper. They refuse to acknowledge this and I have said I have lost all trust 3 times, which is also ignored. The case is sensitive as I entered into a relationship with my supervisor after several months, turning into me being told if I left the relationship, I would be fired and not able to use him as a reference. It became physically and emotionally abusive. When I did manage to get a job elsewhere, specifically out of state, he broke into my apt, physically attacking me. The PD was called and warrants were issued, eventually resulting in his arrest. This man won’t stop as he still pursues me but calling the PD makes it worse. I feel powerless.

Hello, I own a Delaware LLC with my husband (I have 40% and he has 60%). We are both residents of Spain at the moment. I would like to withdraw from the LLC voluntarily, but I would like to ensure that I am paid a fixed amount each month for my services throughout the next year. What kind of document can I use to outline these terms and make the withdrawal effective only if I receive the full amount of payments, or at least include a clause that guarantees that I will receive these payments? I am a non-resident of the USA, but I am going to establish a company there, in Delaware. I decided to choose LLC as the legal form of the planned business. I plan to be the sole member of the LLC. I do not plan to change the default way of taxation. Most of the company's income is expected from US-based sources. I would like to know, what tax liabilities would apply in this case to the company and me as its sole member. In particular, I'm interested in the exact individual income tax rate, as well as the presence/absence of any special requirements for non-US residents (some kind of tax withholding requirements or minimum bank account balance requirements for example). I have a single member Delaware LLC that did no business since inception and in fact has cost me over $600 in taxes. I no longer want it and read that Delaware doesn't require an article of dissolution to be filed. I don't want to pay the $600 or so to dissolve the business down. What will be the consequences if I leave behind this LLC? It's single member and did zero business whatsoever since inception.

Due to the nature of the planned business, only highly specialized independent contractors will be involved in the work. 2. I plan to be the sole owner of the company and manage it alone. 3. If the best option in my case is to form a C corporation, will I be able, having sufficient business experience, to manage the books and records of the company, as well as file annual reports myself? 4. What about withholding requirements? As I understand it, because I am a non-resident of the USA, if I select an LLC business entity, then I will not be able to make the company taxed like an S corporation, so in order not to pay 30% tax on individual income, the best option would be to open a C corporation, as in this case the company will be subject to 8.7% corporate income tax, so I will be able to hire myself as an independent contractor and pay much less tax on individual income, depending on which country I live in.

But we did not issue a check to anyone. We don't even have payroll. We have not started our business yet. But we are an approved government contractor.
