Legal advice on Business in Arizona

I just started an LLC in Arizona where me and my partner are the only members. We have no employees, and conduct our business online. Today I received a notice from Labor Poster Services stating that I am required to pay a 108 dollar fee to obtain a poster or face non compliance fines. Is this something I need to worry about, even with no employees?

LLC owns property. Three members. Two members are also managers. I filed foreign statement for my LLC. Have no operating agreement. I'm only a member. Can I sign off on a lease for the LLC and do I need an amendment?

Tonight I went to Costco to grab coffee for the morning and my usual black gloves I use for my business. As I make my way thru the store I observed a Costco employee stocking me following me around the store. This starts to bother me as ive been a Costco member for over a decade a loyal costumer I've never given any reason to employ such hateful embarrassing and degrading behavior against me so I ask the gentleman if there's something I can help him with and wyy is he following me around??!? This gentleman gives me smart disrespectful remarks I tryes walking away then out of no where a second gentleman choices to engage in such behavior so by this point I'm starting to raise my voice in concern why are you guys harassing me for id ask with no answer not even from the store customer service manager which his job is to give customer service as I do pay a premium yearly fee to shop here.At this point I am not willing to spend my funds on this establishment anymore while being asked to leave for asking why am I subject to such degrading unethical services I've never seen these gentlemen's before I had no reason to not like these guys I've never met them before.

A party obtained a judgment against me in 2018 in FL and lied about his FL residence to get the FL long arm statute to apply. I was unaware of the court proceeding and their service never served me personally. In researching this in AZ, it seems that it is past the statute of limitations for them to be able to domesticate the bogus judgment in AZ. Am I correct, they would not be able to collect this in AZ? Would they have any around the 4 years?

My daughter and her friend are both licensed beauticians. The friend signed a booth rental agreement with a salon. My daughter would like to sublet that booth from her friend a few days a week. I'm told the Booth Rental Agreement is silent on the issue. I know they will need an agreement between them but my main question is, if the sublet is allowed, does my daughter need her own Establishment License or would her friend's Establishment License cover the sublet use as well. I'm looking to buy shares of an LLC. The LLC is owned by a trust and a couple of investors. The trust is looking to sell 1 share to me. The owner of the trust says he'll personally guarantee my money back within 6 months if no cash flow with a notarized memo. But he says he can't put that guarantee in the purchase agreement because the other investors wouldn't agree to it. Is this fishy?

We will pay 25% of the monthly payment; for example, if your payment is $2,600, we will pay $650. And if you ever sell the property, we will get 25% of the profit... Option 2, 33% interest in the deal: $19,000 down payment, we can put $6,270 towards that down payment, or you can put in as an addition to that $19k, making the down payment $25,270 in hopes of lowering the monthly... We will pay 33% of the monthly payment; for example, if your payment is $2,600, we will pay $858. And if you ever sell the property, we will get 33% of the profit... Is this something we can come up with a legal contract?

Facebook has denied me an account. They say I am not up to community standards. I have NEVER had an account at Facebook. The only social media account I have is on Linked-in. .

I won a storage unit auction in Arizona and purchased all the items in good faith. Among the items is a cell phone with a sticker that stated "Property of _____ ", listing a large major corporation. I charged the battery and the cell phone lock screen states, "This device belongs to your organization". I cannot make any calls or use certain functions, as there is an app monitored by the company controlling the phone's use. I confirmed the previous storage unit owner's name was a listed employee of the company on the phone, and so I know she used to work for or is working for this company. It appears to be an employee issued IT device. Do I now own this phone, and may I do whatever I want with it? Or does the original owner (the business) own it, and am I thereby required to return it to the original owner? If I own it, can I offer to sell it back to them if they have a vested interest in the device and/or its contents r/t the business?

I have a commercial business in Glendale, AZ, and I rent my space. I was in the hospital from March 2020 through July 2021 for COVID-19, and during this time, the landlord agreed to accept 80% of the commercial rent, but NOW is expecting me to pay the remaining 20% plus interest. What is the law in AZ regarding commercial leases and COVID-19? Is the landlord within his right to collect or attempt to collect or must he forgive pursuant to the law?
