Legal advice on Business in Arkansas

If their is a build kit for an item for sale and I purchase it and build it, is it legal for me to sell for profit?

Disclosed. I called the seller and he is saying no refunds. It was advertised on carfax, and to fix this roof it costs roughly 7k. There was absolutely nothing said about the roof, he said it worked when it was there. I had the car roughly one hour

I recently sold a business and the new owner been asking for me to provide the used and sale tax reports to them. I don't feel comfortable about it because it have my EIN in there and they have their own EIN.

I was contacted today 11/30/22 by a man calling himself Mark Walker. He said that he represents First Choice Mediation Group. He went on to say that a case of fraud was being pursued against me. He said that I owed a debt to a pay day loan company named Green Gate Loans in Dallas Texas. I have never taken out a pay day loan. When I asked for their telephone number he stated there isn't one. I looked on line for Green Gate Loan Services and there isn't one. I was told that I could settle the debt today for $600.00., otherwise the fraud case would proceed against me. I attempted to ask Mark has I done this why wait seven years to attempt to collect? He said that doesn't matter. It was at this point that he hung up. I called him back and he screamed that he did not want to talk to me and hung up again. The scary part is that he had no issue with giving out my social security number and dob without any type of verification. I did a Been Verified search of the number given 773-312-3515, and learned that there is no business or address connected to this number. Obviously it is a scam, but the social security number, dob and address given was mine. From long ago.

I wrote a estimate for client and client says his insurance said to do work. I completed everything on his boat, but he refuses to pay, complaining of glitter and Gelcoat matching. I put on my estimates, it will be matched to the best of my ability. I still have clients boat, I am out a lot of money on repairs in labor and material. I asked him what I could do to please him, explaining it’s 20 year old boat and they don’t Sale this boat or material, so matched to best of my ability. I completely redone the work costing me double now, customer still not pleased and I can’t get any closer and already doubled in materials and labor. $4000.00 dollar estimate has turned to a $8,200.00 loss. I only asked for the original estimate of 4000,00. I can’t possibly please this client. It’s to the point of me having to close my doors , and my dreams of my own small company. This will shut my business down. The boat isn’t worth the repairs, but they agreed to me and my estimate price, I was willing to try to please my client, by trying again, and had to strip my original work to start over. What are my rights, as business owner, should I keep his boat?

I purchased a car from a used car dealership. The title was signed over to them and then they signed it over to me. They mailed the title to me but it never arrived. I tried to file for replacement title in Oklahoma but they rejected it saying that the last titled owner has to apply for it. The last titled owner lives in Oklahoma but I live in Arkansas. I don't know how to contact the original owner to ask them to file and even if I did there is no guarantee that they would help me out. I'm also worried that even if they did file and received the title that they wouldn't sign it over to me and claim that the car is theirs.

My aunt purchased a salon for me after my father passed away because she knew that is what he wanted to do for me. She is now trying to sale it after I have established a business here for 3 years now. I have spent thousands of dollars fixing it up.

I was behind on my credit card payment and they agreed that if I pay $98 i would no longer be behind andbtaken our of collections. The amount was agreed to be split up in three installments, on separate days in separate pay periods. They have not only NOT followed through with that arrangement, but have withdrawn almost $300!!! All at once. Stating it was a payment for this month, which was never disclosed. They didn't mention anything about it until today, when I called. I was under the impression that the agreed upon amount would take care of everything. Now I have no money left for my family and all my bills still need to be paid. I could lose my vehicle insurance because of this. And all my other bills will be late incurring charges of insufficient funds and that's going to put me even farther behind. Is there any legal way they can do this if I have proof of the scheduled dates and correspondence with them stating the agreed upon dates?

I'm looking to start a supplement company from home where I buy ingredients from suppliers then mix and package the products myself and ship the products to customers. I'm wondering whether this is even viable and what kind of legal issues could arise
