I rented a car for oneday from avis an return it next day like I was suppose to 33days later they take $8436 out my account said I had car for 33 days

I'm a contractor for a company. We deliver furniture and a survey call is made to see how it went. The problem is I heard a few survey calls and they aren't asking how we the driver/ delivery guy did AT ALL! We can delivery furniture and everything go perfect, but our pays is reliant on what the customer says. Problem is the questions they are asking aren't in our favor. It's like they are trying to get the customer to say anything little thing went wrong so that can give us a very low pay rate on any particular delivery. If all goes well we get 5 percent of every piece we deliver but if something "supposedly goes bad" they determine our pay rate. Is that fair buisness practice, I feel like I'm being robbed daily now after hearing the survey calls I've heard. Isn't this unfair buisness practices on the companies part? The customer determines our pay an when they call the customer they are asking questions us as the deliver have no control over. Like was the furniture in pads or a box? We don't package anything or wrap we just load what on the trailer they sent an deliver. Was the product damaged, alot of it come out the box damaged. Please help.

I purchased a new vehicle and was told when the control panel came in for the second row seating they would contact me. Now I have carried it back for a service at local Dealership and they said that it shows the part was put in my vehicle when it clearly hasn’t. I purchased the part from this dealership and had it put in. Would just like reimbursed for something that was suppose to come in the vehicle when purchased, but they are selling all the vehicles with missing parts that are on backorder.

I've been working for a dog daycare and grooming facility (we previously offered boarding as well) (LLC) for going on 7 years, and I've been managing it for about 5 years. The past 2 years or so the owner has basically been complete hands off. The owner has made it clear they would like to close this chapter of their life and move on from the business. They have asked me if I want to take the business over for free with the exception that I accept the accumulated debt. The debt is around $30,000 spread across 7/8 credit cards or loans. How would being an LLC protect me and my personal finances?

Used a bonding company on a 2000.00 bond had missed my courtdate and used same bonsman to get me back out he is charging me 500.00 dollars on a 2000.00 bond and i believe he lied to me and told me their was an increase in bond through the county not his business is their any wrong doing on his part.

I make crafts, e books, etc., open a Shopify store, and sell them. Wouldn't the intent be to make income? I read that the IRS considers it a business if my intent is to make money and a hobby if otherwise. I should get a business privilege license and other licenses if required if considered a business. If I made money from a platform like Transcribeme or something like Second Life, wouldn't I need the proper business licenses for those as well? I'm pretty sure I would with Transcribeme since I would be an independent contractor/freelancer. I have no idea about a platform like Second Life though because I don't use it. Where is the fine line between being a hobby and a business and how would intent tie into it? What would stop someone from claiming they are a hobby when it seems like the intent is a business?

I have a granite and marble fabrication and installation LLC and would like to change to landscaping. Would it be easier to dissolve that company and start a new one or change the name of previous company?
