Legal advice on Business in Alaska

I’m looking for a new job. I believe my non-compete is vague, has too large geo, and creates an undue hardship. It also does not protect anything proprietary.

I sold a business and the associated license to that business and the buyer had an attorney draw up the contract for the sale. The buyer now expects we to pay half of the legal fees to his attorney. I have spoke with the attorney and they were clear to the fact that they represented the buyer not the seller. The buyer believe that the statement in the contract that stated “Each party will bear their own legal fees and other cost associated with the license transfer” means I “the seller” will pay my portion of his bill. I do not believe I am responsible for this cost am I correct?

I am a small team of 2+ members who want to start a business that produces its own 3d printed products. These products are going to be vast due to being "commissions/requests" so they will range from small parts for machines and tools to board games/TTRPGs, and even art commissions such as busts for example. As for a current plan, I want to make a "Main LLC" that will be the major brand, but each different "Sub-LLC." of products will have their own "Sub-Brand" of the "Main Brand" (ex. Main 3d Prints > Main 3d Prints Toys). As for unincorporated/incorporated, I believe since this is a new business/startup, I should stay small for right now and go unincorporated. I want to know if this is a good way to go about this or if I should Step back and consider another option?

How do I find an attorney helping me get the money that is owed to me from a corporation native and where and what area would I be looking for because their corporation is saying that they don't owe me back dividends and they also said that they did not make any dividends at that time but they're public records that say they did so please get back to me

At 65, we have been a timeshare owner for Hilton in Nevada since 2018. Have been lied to as the profitability of owning and resale of the timeshare. Situation has been compounded due to health and medical issue surrounding COVID.

A set of customers are asking to see my business license. They think I'm scamming them

I sell wall art. I design each piece myself. I live in Alaska, and they require a physical address in order to get a business license. However, on the lease of my rental property, they say you cannot operate a business from their apartments. I know USPS has P. O. boxes that give you a "physical address", but I'm not sure if that would work. Side note, I'm not sure I necessarily have to get a business license, as we have no sales tax here. I just want to try and make sure everything is legit. We'd like to buy a home but don't see that happening anytime soon. I keep the books, and plan to claim all earnings to IRS when it's time to file next year.

I invested into a Llc business that I found out later had a dba attached under it. I requested the books for my divided and the primary share holder pulled the Dba business out and put it under another Llc in order to shield it. I as a share holder was not notified of this nor have I been give access to any of the books. Was this illegal for them to do it and what statue would support this illegal activity.
