Legal advice on Bankruptcy documents

I filed chapter 7 four years ago. Shortly after I was diagnosed with cancer, went through a divorce and my annual income changed from $300,000 combined to $35,000 on my own. I have 60k in bad debt, I'm getting sued left and right, my wages are about to start getting garnished and I can barely make ends meet as it is. What can I do?? Everyone says I just have to wait it out another 4yrs but there's no way I can continue. If bankruptcy isn't an option is there something else I can do?

I bought a car during my chapter 7 and it wasn't discharged until after I got the car, I had a bad accident and it was totaled and I reopened my bankruptcy to add them, will they accept the car if I purchased during bankruptcy?

Does the trustee have any duties to report any perceived unreported income to the IRS of the bankruptcy party before the trustee can discharge the debts in the bankruptcy?

I am currently getting evicted, I am a student, foster mom & have a contracting job that is going down hill. I am not making as much income as I use to, because of this I was not able to pay my rent. I was able to buy some time before my trial date but because of my hardship I filed for bankruptcy chapter 7 so I could start all over again. I did qualify for the automatic stay but the landlords attorney filed a Motion for Relief from the Automatic Stay. I have 2 trials back to back. One for the regular eviction which is my 1st trial, the 2nd for the motion & the 3rd for my bankruptcy with the trustees. Is there any way that I can buy more time to save up money & move out? I can't just move anywhere because of my foster babies the apartment needs to be approved by the DCFS Social Workers. There is really nothing wrong the apartment its just that they are really charging a mortgage for these apartments that they don't even want to fix when you call them & sometimes they dont even answer the phone. The only way that they fix anything in the apt. is if we move out & they are going to rent it & raise the price on the unit.

Payment due on 22nd of month (so it can post by EOM), but have been making payment around 7th of following month for last couple of months. Any experience with this?

My vehicle is at an auto repair shop I can't afford to pick up the vehicle for the price that they're asking I'm going to have to file a bankruptcy to be able to keep my but I don't know whether to file a Chapter 7 or chapter 13

I am contemplating buying a house with my boyfriend in Maryland. He is looking to file small business chapter 7 bankruptcy in 6 months. Could I include him as a co-signer on my mortgage without any fear of my house being taken? His extra income and current good credit score would help us qualify for a more expensive house than just with my income alone. He would not be on the deed or title to the home. Please advise. Would my house be at risk in his future bankruptcy as long as he is left off deed?

I am going through a bankruptcy petition (Chapter 7, filed on July 15). I am a renter and owed my landlord one month rent of July, which is listed as unsecured debt in the petition. I plan to pay the rent for August. My one-year lease is up at the end of September. I want to renew the lease and already agreed with the rent increase notice sent by the landlord. Assume that my July rent is discharged after the bankruptcy, is there any ground for the landlord to refuse to renew the lease with me? I really want to stay in the current home to rebuild my credits.
