Legal advice on Bankruptcy court

I filed a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy on my mortgaged rental property. I stopped paying rent I collected to the Bank that mortgaged the property and used the money for expenses surrounding the Bankruptcy. My Tenant told law enforcement I was stealing my rent and had me arrested for Felony Theft of my rent reciepts. The House was under a "Stay of Foreclosure" and the tenant was not foreclosed on or evicted but, the tenant told law enforement she had to move due to a pending foreclosure while paying rent. I filed a Justice Department Complaint about the district attorney litigating my civil landlord dispute in a criminal court as an abuse of process by obtaining advantaged in the settlement of a private dispute

My house was foreclosed and sale was ratified by the court. The deed is now under new owner name that he purchased on auction. The new owner filed for my eviction with the court since I have no right to property anymore. Can I file for bankruptcy to stay or it’s too late. I have no contract or lease or contact with the new owner

I am currently getting evicted, I am a student, foster mom & have a contracting job that is going down hill. I am not making as much income as I use to, because of this I was not able to pay my rent. I was able to buy some time before my trial date but because of my hardship I filed for bankruptcy chapter 7 so I could start all over again. I did qualify for the automatic stay but the landlords attorney filed a Motion for Relief from the Automatic Stay. I have 2 trials back to back. One for the regular eviction which is my 1st trial, the 2nd for the motion & the 3rd for my bankruptcy with the trustees. Is there any way that I can buy more time to save up money & move out? I can't just move anywhere because of my foster babies the apartment needs to be approved by the DCFS Social Workers. There is really nothing wrong the apartment its just that they are really charging a mortgage for these apartments that they don't even want to fix when you call them & sometimes they dont even answer the phone. The only way that they fix anything in the apt. is if we move out & they are going to rent it & raise the price on the unit.

i got a car loan with bad credit the loan was for roughly $11,000 for a $19,000 used car. I put $8000 downpayment the finance company terms for the interest for the loan was 25% annually. have no other options i agreed to the terms and ended up have to pay back a total amount of $19,000. but the issue is this they said 25% annually and its been 2 years and the finance company has not put even one of my payments of $400 a month towards the principle. only interest is that legal because the math just don't add up

my chapter 13 has been signed off by the judge and the trustee is no longer taking payments can i keep my settlement from my auto claim if its awarded before its closed by the court i am still waiting on the 14 day objection notice to expire

I am lending somebody money &he had a house

I know Florida has a wage exemption, but what happens if there is currently no income to exempt? I'm the head of household, supporting 2 kids, and paying all living expenses from savings. Will they leave me "X" amount of living expenses for "X" amount of time? Am I allowed any money to survive or are we immediately homeless because I'm a renter?

Over $400,000 in student loan debt, not working in the profession of the degree, working part time making minimum income, looking to discharge student loan debt.

Hello was wondering if you guys are able to help me or guide me filing for bankruptcy to a business I have. It’s no longer operating for a while and apparently have lawsuits and money asked in return don’t count with any of that information. I just want the business to be closed for good looking for the best route and help possible with it. I stopped my interest on it after going through a divorce and a serious depression to which to this day I’m fighting very much. I have kids that need of me and I’m trying my best to fight this dark space for them. Thank you hope to hear back from you guys. Also apparently have lawsuits two of the latest ones was getting a deposit for a job which at first the weather had a lot to do with it then delay on material I asked for another month homeowner wants money back now and I begged and begged to let me complete it after opening up of me fighting depression need help and guidance I want to pay everything and not owe anyone any money. Don’t have anything at my name list my veichle and just need help to fix the problems.
