My daughter is going to move out and was willing to rent me the house. She is currently in bankruptcy, and I’m trying to see if I can do a quit claim deed to add my name to take it vantage of over 65 exemptions without her getting into trouble With the bankruptcy court

I was laid over in Nebraska and checked into a hotel for 3 nights. I walked across the parking lot to a grocery store and bought some groceries and 3 bottles of beer. I'm the defendant, currently living at property at issue in lawsuit. I agreed to FMV previously determined, and missed the deadline to object. The FMV was determined by the estimated value shown on property tax assessment, which turns out to be grossly inaccurate as to the condition of the property and an incorrect assessment that the property has central heat & air. The change in value is substantial. I have elected to buyout cotenants interest, which was contingent upon the sale of another property, currently under contract. Between the overinflated assessment of FMV and, at the last minute, added expenses that are completely absurd which the plaintiff expects me to pay, I won't be able to afford the buyout anymore, yet I'm in the process of selling my other property in order to buy the one at issue, effectively making me homeless. I am certain the FMV taken from the assessor's office is erroneous and does not reflect the true value of the property and the extremely poor condition it is in.

Just curious if a trustee will really scrutinize a bank statement and to what detail before a 341 meeting. I have an LLC in TX filing chap 7 and I’m just curious how detailed they get when looking at bank statements.

Contemplating a biz acquisition in Texas or California. Will move to state that I acquire biz. If I have an SBA 7A loan and file bankruptcy will my cash value life insurance be at risk? I’ve been reading mixed opinions online and would like a clear clarification based on this situation.

I have a civil Judgment that that wont go away with bankruptcy. I have no money, no income or assets. This person who sued me knows all of this but some how managed to get a large judgment of like $500,000 against me. I believe this person did this because they know I am set to get a large inheritance and now they will probably get my portion of the inheritance along with theres. 1. Can it be written in a will that the money I owe goes to the other person in the Will, like my sister? 2. Can it be written in the Will that I get nothing because I havent paid? 3. Is there anything I can file to get this amount reduced that I owe?

The Judge said shes signing there Judgement for like $500,000. This person doesnt have a job, real estate or any assets worth value. He received donations to live off of. The amount awarded is insane. Is there anything he can file to either lower the amount or get rid of it just based on having no money?

We have zombie debt from 2002, our last payment was in around 2004, going for memory. It is now 2023. About two weeks ago I received a call from a woman in Los Angeles saying they are going to sue us and take our home if we do not pay this zombie debt that is 22 years old.
