Statute of limitations in Arizona for a matured home equity line of credit with a prior default?

We have a home equity line of credit for our house. We stopped making payments on 10/1/08 and the bank never accelerated the home equity line of credit. The home equity line of credit matured on 8/1/23. The bank filed a lawsuit for a judicial foreclosure and breach. We have been reading about the continuous breach and the 6 year statute of limitations. Can the bank only collect payments from 7/1/17 on? Or can the bank not sue us at all? Or can they sue us for all payments.

How do I file for bankruptcy in the US if i live abroad?

I moved to Belize 3 years ago and became a permanent resident. I have debt in the US and recently an attempt to serve a court summons was made. My brother informed them I'm not living in the US and they had him sign and left the summons with him. I have an Arizona drivers license but don’t file state taxes. Can I file for bankruptcy in Arizona?

Does bankrtupcy "nullify" (Decree ordered) joint child-medical expenses owed?

My ex is 5 years+ in arrears for Decree ordered joint-child medical expenses. Are these "nullified" in bankruptcy? I work in Special Education and make very little, he knows I can't afford Court or attorney fees to file Enforcement. He is aware I plan to file bankrtupcy and claims his past-owed dues will be "null and void". Thank you for any help.

I was allowed to keep my vehicle after my bankruptcy in 2016, but the title was kept in the name of the lender. The vehicle is completely paid off and I would like the title transferred back to my name. How do I go about this? Thanks

I have a huge amount of debt, medical and credit cards. Can I do a bankruptcy if I have nothing of value to sell?

I have roughly $240,000 in debt between medical expenses and credit cards. I’m currently homeless and obviously have very bad credit that is affecting my ability to get an apartment, even the cheapest one. I have thought about filing bankruptcy but I have no income as of now, with no personal belongings to sell besides my car. I’m not able to get an apartment due to bad credit, and I will soon have a minimum wage job. What are my options?
