Legal advice on Criminal arrest

i was walking in walmart and they pulled me aside for theft but what they said i was stealing was under 20 dollars can they still charge me for petty larceny

I was jumped in a mall by a group of teenagers trying to take my chain and when this happened i chased after them but was not successful of anything, they took my phone, airpods, and chain. When security found me after hearing all the commotion they mentioned that they had previously done things like that before and were already banned from being in that mall so why were they there?

Last time I'm need the smal personal loan, I was conand send me tacted and offered a loan of $7000, so I agreed ,and send me the contractor for signed. But after that i'received a much smaller amount, Then he asked me to send smaller amounts to receive the rest of the loan amount, but what happened was that I found may bank account became negative, so I deposited $2100 so that may bank account would be in a normal position. And two days ago , I was surprised By an email address in which the issuing authority told me that I owe $1245.67 and threaten to sue me if I do not contact them and pay them the amount mentioned above. Now please how and what do you advise me in this matter or problem ،because I'm the victim from the start

Wife was arrested over a 5 year old warrant

I have a warrant for misdemeanor and a bench warrant because I did not appear in court for the misdemeanor charge in the state of Indiana. I have to renew my driver's license in Illinois to drive to Indiana to clear up the warrant and misdemeanor charge. Do they check and will I get arrested at the driver's license renewal facility?

She was a passenger in her own car, someone else was driving when they got pulled over the police found meth the car. she has a court appointed attorney, should we get a private attorney? Would it make the case go faster? Or even forward?

I am trying to turn someone in who has a warrant I know where they live

I was charged with a felony possession charge and given a date in district court for first appearance 10 days from now. I have not been to court at all or spoken to anyone on this charge, now all of a sudden when I looked up my court date the district date is gone but it's saying I have a date in superior court a month from now. How? Is it not required to go before district court before being bound over to superior? I don't have a lawyer and like I said, haven't been in front of anyone as of yet except magistrate who set bond and issued district court date. I don't understand how or why I'm scheduled to suddenly appear in superior court first. Is this normal?

I know this sounds stupid and it is but I had never been in any trouble so when the cops told me they were taking me to the station I thought it was to give me domestic violence resources I called them because my partner choked me out when I seen him with someone else. Other woman called when I was trying to talk to him and apparently said I was attacking him.. He said he didn't want me arrested or to press charges but cops made the choice to arrest me but they didn't say I was under arrest they came up to me and said put your hand behind your back n follow us to. The police car. I had got hit all over and very disoriented. One police officer took pictures of. My neck but then called me a liar and started harrasing me saying I provoked him to hit me. At no point were my Miranda rights read to me and at the jail I was told to sign the "allegations" saying if I cooperated I could possibly get out faster. Later that night he came with cops tried taking my children from my mom's house. My brother asked them for documentation stating he was the father & they told him they didn't need any because he said they were his and not releasing them would cause me issues. He didnt release them

I have gotten 2 phone calls from chp about a hit and run accident that i dont recall, apparently the other party has a pic of my car and plate.
