Legal advice on Alimony

I’ve been separated from my husband, but for about four or five years, we are still legally married. Am I entitled to receive alimony?

My husband walked out after receiving a large settlement, after 42 years of marriage, and he is still working, earning a very good salary with an Airline, while I am trying to survive on my military disability pay and about 500 in Social Security each month. I just want to be able to pay my bills and buy groceries, I don't want to take everything from him... I just want to survive

I am going thru a divorce and would like to know how to request spousal support. Is there a form?

I filed from my ex in March. We live in Texas and he’s a pilot making well over 200k. We have 3 kids under 9. We were married 11 years and and I have a degree but stayed home to be with kids. In Texas there is an income cap for child support and even though he will be making well over 6 figures I will only ever get 2700$/month from him because of the cap. To my understanding there is no such income cap in Nevada so if I filed there I wouldn’t be hindered by this cap and actually get my kids a percentage of his paycheck.

My ex-wife advised she requested a child support modification and I received a letter advising. However, two weeks later, I receive another letter from the TX Attorney General stating ‘we lack sufficient financial information to recommend any adjustments.’ Does this mean my ex-wife’s request to modify was denied?

Family Court Judge issued final judgment solely based on a 6 year old financial statement that was based on effective gross income (different than actual income)despite multiple appraisals, court appointed business valuations and tax returns produced at trial. He further ordered in decree back support dating to 2020 (child support) and maintenance totaling 12k per month. I have paid roughly 13-15k per month since 2020 to maintain household for them, tuition etc. since Covid my businesses have collapsed… again presented at trial.. and I have been running solely on credit which is now maxed out and behind along with businesses on the brink of foreclosure The imputed income by the Court was close to 600k but tax returns show 50k per year. Judge is now wanting to hold me in contempt for back support and maintenance and ordered businesses be taken over by receiver which gives me zero income to pay anything Help

My mom and dad got divorced during the time of covid. My mom gave my dad 6 kids and almost 30 years of marriage. He bullied her into getting rid of her attorney and my mom could not think clearly as my brother had just passed away that year. I want the property settlement agreement re-opened as he completely screwed her (and knowing she was not sound of mind and that he would get away with it) with everything from alimony, gave her a property that is literally falling apart. The whole situation is a terribly complicated mess with many layers and we have heaps of evidence against him. Including witnesses who have seen him cheating on her very publicly and multiple times. Hitting my siblings, I mean everything under the sun. And now she is living in a home that is falling out from under neath her (literally) with barely any money for food. While he is running a successful business and moved in with a new women immediately and living a luxurious life with a brand new BMW. I need help in understanding if we have a case.

After I spent all this time and money I am being told motions aren’t being heard for at least a YEAR!! How is this possible? How can I get half the assets and alimony I was entitled to? Also if I have to wait until the Motion is heard in a year can I be sure this time my ex has to comply? I am going broke waiting. Has this all been for nothing?

Spouse cheated publicly humiliated me. We made an agreement then he recanted and now his lawyer is trying to hold me in contempt over texts and she wants me to pay his court costs. I am raising a grandchild. He has no rent, no bills truck is paid for and he’s living with his mistress.
