Will I have to go to court at any time during my divorce in Florida?

In Florida, most judges do require a least one of the parties to attend at least one meeting with the judge to provide some relevant testimony. However, you should be accompanied by an attorney. I always go with my clients to court even if it's an uncontested final hearing and of course if there's litigation involved, then the attorney will be with you as well.
