Why do I need an estate plan?

Some recent surveys indicate 64% of Americans don't have a will. What's more troubling, 27% of those same respondents stated there was no sense of urgency in getting their estate planned and 15% said they didn't need one at all. Since every estate is different so an individualized plan is ideal.
