Why credit reporting agencies do not believe consumers when there are credit reporting errors.

You have the right to accurate credit reports.

So why do these credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, etc) not believe you when you give them proof of errors?

Why do they believe the furnishers, but not you?

The answer is:

You're not their real customers.

The furnishers are.the companies that furnish or supply information to the credit reporting agencies.

So follow the rules of the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act).

Dispute with them properly

Then, when false information is not fixed, sue the bad guys under the FCRA.

Hope this is helpful to you.
