What is child custody/time-sharing?

Time-sharing is the new term for child custody in the State of Florida. It's basically an agreement between parents who as a result of a divorce are creating two homes out of one and it is an agreement as to how the parents may spend time with their children. The parents can agree on any kind of arrangement that works for the family, and if they're unable to agree on their own, then they may submit their proposed ideal time-sharing plans to a judge who would then decide on what would be the best interest of the children.
