Victim's ConsentThe victim must appear in court and acknowledge that he has received compensation for the injury. In addition either the defense or the victim must pay the costs of prosecution.
Reasons for CompromiseThe reasons for the compromise must be recited in a minute order. It is insufficient for the court's approval to appear only in the reporter's transcript.
