What if liability is not clear?

Sometimes we find there's a difference between liability not being clear and the insurance company actually wanting to pay the loss. Those are not often mutually exclusive, so if liability is not clear then that is something that you want to make sure you hire the proper representative to get you the right resources, and experts to clear up those distinctions. But just because the carrier is not paying your claim does not mean that liability is not clear. That could just mean they don't want to pay your claim.
