What if I really need in home care but I make too much income to qualify for VA aid and attendance?

The way the Veteran's Administration calculates your income is different than our definition of income. When you apply for veteran's benefits, your income will be offset by your medical expenses. If you need in-home care, often times that cost of the care will offset your income enough to receive your veteran's benefit.
