What Factors Go into Determining Custody/Time-Sharing and Visitation in Florida?

When a court is determining and establishing a parenting plan, which addresses the parental responsibility and the time sharing between the parent and child, the court actually looks at 20 different factors that are all outlined in the Florida statute. Included in those are the moral fitness of the parents, the mental and physical health of both of the parents, as well as any community or school record for the child.
