Trustee Succession

Trustee Succession Provisions cover who your trustee is while you're alive, while you're incapacitated, and who your trustee will be after you "get on the bus." These provisions also include co-trustees, and how to plan for a corporate trustee. You may also choose to set age restrictions in place for children to become full trustees, allowing them to act as co-trustee until then.
