Top Tips for Arguing Against DDA's Objection to a Client's Entry into Diversion

DDA's often object to a person's entry into DUII Diversion for a number of reasons. Two commonly raised objections are (1) past court-ordered alcohol treatment and a (2) very high blood alcohol level. This guide will briefly discuss these two common objections and arguments that can be effective.
