The bottom line is this: Be honest with your doctors and attorneys, understand that you will be under scrutiny and investigation from the insurance company and their attorneys, and take the time to document your pain and treatment. These steps won't guarantee you will win your case, but not taking these steps will certainly make it more likely you will get an unfavorable outcome.
