Stet Disposition in Maryland

What is a STET disposition in Maryland? A Stet is a marking on the file that your case is inactive. The case will not be prosecuted if you abide by the conditions of the stet as set forth by the State's Attorney's Office. After 3 years you can expunge a stet from your record.
