Yes. Even if you are not injured or don't feel any symptoms on the day of your accident, you may wake up the following morning in pain or two days later in pain, which is very common. You need to see your treating physician or an immediate care clinic if you don't have a treating physician because under Florida law you have to see a physician within, or an emergency room, within two weeks or 14 days of the accident. Otherwise, you're barred from receiving medical benefits from your PIP carrier.
