Schedule J Current Expenditures of Individual Debtor(s)

Bankruptcy Form schedule J is used to detail your monthly expenses. Keep in mind that you will be put on a budget, your expenses can not be out of line or it will be considered a bad faith issue. Again this is a good time to consult with a bankruptcy attorney to discuss your expenses as they are well aware of what is acceptable and what is not.

Schedule B Personal Property can be obtained at the following link Free Bankruptcy Forms

Complete this schedule by estimating the average or projected monthly expenses of the debtor and the debtor’s family at time case filed. Prorate any payments made biweekly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually to show monthly rate. The average monthly expenses calculated on this form may differ from the deductions from income allowed on Form22A or 22C.
