Regulations for Post-Accident Truck Driver Test for Drugs & Alcohol

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) lays out the rules and guidelines for post-accident truck driver tests. The rules regarding drug and alcohol testing for truckers after an accident are detailed in Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Part 382.
