Find an Attorney, have an enginner inspect the home, verify taxes and permits with the local municipality, start shopping for mortgage and get prequalification letter.
Siigning the Contract
Your Attorney will explain your rights and obligations under the contract. Once the contract is signed by both parties a title report will be ordered and you will process your mortgage application.
Ready to Close
Once you have recieved your mortgage comitment and the title report has been completed, your lender will tell your Attorney what dates they have available to close your transaction. Your attorney will arrange date to close and what checks to bring.
The parties appear at an office where your Attorney will explain and have you sign the Mortgage documents. You will give the seller the balance of the purchase price and they will transfer the deed to you.
