New York's New Divorce Law?

On August 15, 2010 Governor Patterson signed a bill that would change New York's divorce law by adding a no fault divorce provision - something New York has never had that is a part of divorce law in every other state. Many people have become very excited by this, because New York's current divorce law has prevented them from leaving a failed marriage.

But here's the catch: it doesn't take effect for 60 days...so you can't use it yet!
