Nevada Seatbelt Ticket Laws

When driving or riding in a vehicle in the state of Nevada, the law requires the use of seat belts or child restraints for everyone inside of the vehicle. If you are caught not wearing a safety belt, you can be fined up to $25 for your first offense.
