Monroe Drunk Driving Michigan DUI Attorney 1st District Court

According to the MSP DUI Audit, law enforcement in Monroe County made 440 arrests for DUI offenses, with 162 Datamaster tests, 224 blood tests, and the rest were refusals. Of these tests, 100 of them were a BAC number over 0.17, which could lead to charges for a Michigan High BAC Super Drunk offense. The leading arresting agenices were Michigan State Police Monroe Post and the Monroe County Sheriff.

​ The four judges at the Monroe County District Court split the cases with Judge Jack Vitale handling 149 drunk driving cases, Judge Terrence P. Bronson handling 124 drunk driving cases, and Judge Jarod Calkins handling 124 cases.
