Maryland discovery practice - unanswered interrogatories and a motion to compel

This vidoe was originally posted in response to an AVVO question about interrogatories. One side in litigation failed to answer, at all, and so the issue was whether a motion to compel would be filed.

This is basic stuff, and the best thing is to always file something. Even if the answers are not complete or the other side won't like them!
