Malibu Media adult pornography company LOSES copyright infringement lawsuit

In this episode of Copyright Watchdog, Attorney Steve discusses a BIG LOSS for Malibu media in the federal district court (Northern District of California) against a "DOE DEFENDANT" who after extensive litigation was able to convince a Magistrate Judge that the Plaintiff had no evidence of illegal adult porn movie downloads (x-art at issue) and that no copyrighted "packets" were downloaded onto the Doe Defendants computer, such that granting the Defendant's motion for summary judgment was proper (no triable issue of fact). This highlights that these cases can be won with expert lawyering and challenging the Plaintiff's case with the proper legal defenses. I have added a few resources below that might be helpful.
