Livonia Drunk Driving Judge Mccann Judge Kavanagh - DUI Attorney 16th District Court

According to the MSP DUI Audit, the Livonia Police Department made 305 arrests for DUI offenses, with 191 Datamaster tests, 67 blood tests, and the rest were refusals. Of these tests, 81 of them were a BAC number over 0.17, which could lead to charges for a Michigan High BAC Super Drunk offense. There were also arrests made by the Wayne County Sheriff, Michigan State Police, and other police departments within this jurisdiction.

The two judges at the Livonia court split the cases with Judge Mccann handling 264 drunk driving cases, and Judge Kavanagh handling 239 drunk driving cases. It appears there were two acquittals at trial with the balance of the other cases ending up in plea agreements or dismissals.

It appears that the 16th District Court handle 46 felony DUI cases, and 335 of the DUI cases were written under local Livonia law with the others by the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office.
