According to the MSP DUI Audit, law enforcement in Lenawee County made 406 arrests for DUI offenses, with 282 Datamaster tests, 95 blood tests, and the rest were refusals. Of these tests, 97 of them were a BAC number over 0.17, which could lead to charges for a Michigan High BAC Super Drunk offense.
The two judges at the Lenawee County District Court split the cases with Judge Jonathan Poer and Laura J. Schaedler. Judge Poer handled 175 cases and Judge Schaedler handled 190 cases. It appears there were zero acquittals, 32 dismissals and the rest were plea agreements.
