Landlord's Right to Enter Your Rental Home

While most landlords respect their tenant's privacy, some do not. Florida recognize a tenant's right to "quiet enjoyment" of her home, free of intrusion by other parties, including a landlord. Florida has established Florida statute §83.53 to restrict a landlord's ability to enter a tenant's home.
