KENTUCKY JUVENILE CRIMES

Most Kentucky Juvenile prosecutions begin with a preliminary inquiry performed by a Court Designated Worker who assesses the case and informs the child and his parent or guardian whether the child is eligible for any diversion programs or whether the case will be referred directly to juvenile court.
