Jackson County DUI Attorney Michigan - Drunk Driving- Judge Mazur, Klaeren, Goostrey and Filip

According to the MSP DUI Audit, law enforcement in Jackson County made 737 arrests for DUI offenses, with 264 Datamaster tests, 390 blood tests, and the rest were refusals. Of these tests, 166 of them were a BAC number over 0.17, which could lead to charges for a Michigan High BAC Super Drunk offense.

The four judges at the Jackson County District Court split the cases with Judge Jonathan Mazur handling 166 DUI cases, Judge Klaeren handling 167 cases, Judge Goostrey handling 167 drunk driving cases and Judge Filip handling 187 DUI cases.
